That's the biggest load by far unless you're running an electric water pump. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">People's bad experience with total loss has to do mostly with lead acid batteries. Electronics are generally designed to run at alternator voltage of 14V. With typical voltage drop an LA battery might drop to 11V at full load.
