<div dir="ltr">I never had much luck in rearward mounting on the TR cars but the Spitfire and GT-6 got a little assistance by setting the front motor mount on the back of the standard position rather than the stock mounting point which is on the front.  Help? Not much.<br clear="all"><div><div class="m_6148098300412591171gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><p><strong><font color="#000099">Never be beaten by equipment.</font></strong></p></div></div>

better check your sanctioning body.....it's usually not an approved modification.<br>
<br>
you would be surprised what an inch difference in weight placement makes in the corner weighting of a car, especially the engine and trans. If you've ever used a tongue scale to balance your trailer load you can imagine what moving the engine and trans will do to a 2000lb car.<br>
