You stated that the expansion tank has a connection to the top of the radiator to remove air from the system. However, the radiator is not the highest point of the system. I'm not sure what intake manifold you are running, but you should have a line that runs from just behind the thermostat housing (on top of the intake manifold), to the top of the expansion tank. This allows trapped air in the system to bleed out into the expansion tank. If you are running an Edelbrock Performer intake manifold, you will have to drill and tap a hole into the top of the manifold for a hose nipple. <br></div><div id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1468207101622_58749" dir="ltr"><br></div><div id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1468207101622_59125" dir="ltr">Hope this helps,</div><div id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1468207101622_58748" dir="ltr"><br></div><div id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1468207101622_58722" dir="ltr">-Jeff De Pol.<br></div><div class="qtdSeparateBR"><br><br></div><div style="display: block;" class="yahoo_quoted"> <div style="font-family: HelveticaNeue, Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, Lucida Grande, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;"> <div style="font-family: HelveticaNeue, Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, Lucida Grande, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;"> <div dir="ltr"><font face="Arial" size="2"> On Sunday, July 10, 2016 2:51 PM, Spitfire Racing <spitfire_racing@twcny.rr.com> wrote:<br></font></div> <br><br> <div class="y_msg_container"><div id="yiv3547855755"><style>#yiv3547855755 #yiv3547855755 --
