Certainly...it should be whatever is MOST convenient to you guys who are doing all of the work. Seems if people have been over charged, they can seek a refund, or make an contribution to Uncle Jack's fund. If they are charged correctly, they will be 'whole and happy', and can still make a contribution to Uncle Jack's fund on their own should they choose to.<BR>
