Brian,
I would assume that even for a street car that block wouldn't be usable, buy just my 2 cents (no cash value😁). I strap the center main on my race engines, but for something that shouldn't see high revs, I'm not sure that's needed.

Good afternoon, FOT,
I have this crack in the bridge between cylinders 2 and 3. Is this something I would have to consider replacing the block for? I am building this to a fast road specification. With that said, should I also bridge or strap the center main bearing cap? Any guidance is appreciated.
