[Fot] Manifest for Kastner Cup

Phil,

When asked what I'm carrying, I state that other than the racecar, I have
my tools and racing supplies/spares for a weekend at the track.  That has
been sufficient in my case.

The only concern they have (every year entering Canada) is that I must
bring my sorry looking race car back with me when I return.
