 Hi - funny (ironic) and considering the millions of acres in the surrounding area that are underdeveloped, actually quite shocking.
Personally, I'm sad to see the track close down. Great facility. One of the best.

According to the many articles a google search returned, it seems the 
owners were offered huge money from developers looking to build yet 
another data center.
