Mike, 
There are events that do have limits on how much noise comes from the track, but the Historics on Labor Day weekend isn’t one of them.
There is a local ordinance that prohibits racing on Sunday’s that has been in effect since the track opened- in winter months, you can see a church through the trees. I hope you are thinking about racing the for Cup this year!
