[Fot] GT6 rear spring

Hi Friends and Happy Easter..
   If a person were considering a way to put  rear coilovers on a GT6,
what spring rate would that person want to start with for a stiff
competition ride?  Also am wondering if there is a clear favorite for
shock/spring manufacture?
