[Fot] Parts ID Help

FoT,I received these parts in the truckload (yes, literally!) of parts that came with the 3 Triumphs I accidentally bought a couple years ago, and I have no clue what these might be from, so I thought I would throw it out to the hive mind of FoT and see if anyone knows what the heck these are. They are cast aluminum and the casting quality is fairly poor, but they may be quite early, as there were also some 1920's magnetos in the same box. The cam lobes are incredibly pointy, so much so that I wonder if these are from a gasoline engine?
