[Fot] GT6 Racing stub axles and bearings

I've been using the Rimmer upgrade for a couple of years now after I saw
multiple cars with axle failures at the Watkins Glen K cup. The bearings
are sealed and available from multiple independent sources. The only change
I made was drilling out the stud holes for mounting longer/thicker wheel
studs.
