[Fot] SVRA Rules and Regulations

To my FOT friends that plan of attending the Kastner Cup at Sonoma I suggest
you read through the SVRA Rules and Regulations. Besides the obvious fire
suppression system issue that has been an important topic there are lots of
other minor details to pay attention to. I have raced with SVRA at venues
such as COTA and technical inspection was not asking for these things. Just
a heads up while there is still time to address these issues.
