[Fot] Mystery Or common fault

I've not had a bearing cap crack but I did have one rear cap that had a
void in the casting. I would never have known had I not drilled the
extra oil relief holes recommended for the split seal. Unfortunately the
back side of the void broke away at some point creating an easy exit for
engine oil into the tranny case.
