[Fot] Race Car bill of sale - Canada Question

Good afternoon, gents.
 
I have a friend that is looking at a race car in the Toronto area that is not titled as it was built from a body in white.  Does anyone have any experience buying a race car in Canada and bringing it to the US?  If so, wondering if you did it yourself or used an importer that you would recommend.  If the former, any resources you could point me to would be great.  Thanks!
