[Fot] Seeking info on car

The current owner sent me a scan of a log book that came with car. Looks like ID is 23-036. Onwer was a Skip Chapman from Conn.
Car looks like it originally a Mk3 gt6. Current owner thinks previous owner rebodied it after a roll over.
