I’ve been running Wiseco pistons. Mine are flat top, made to order, and they will basically build them any way you want them. They can supply rings or build to match the ring specs you want.  A set of six for the GT6 was $1,115 two years ago.  I suspect that’s gone up.

Doesn’t help you with specs, but I have had good experience with them - both the pistons and the company to deal with.  Lead time in spring 2021 was about seven weeks.

For Street use and only the occasional Track day I have time to see about ordering from JE or Wisco rather than the flat top pistons from Moss that are manufactured in India (even if they are sent to the UK where they are machined). Currently the car does have flat top pistons in 87mm.  Any real concerns moving up to an 89m?  I have heard cooling can be an issue and the car does have a Wizard Radiator and an Oil Cooler
