[Fot] Synchro rings

I used them for half a season with a box rebuilt by Jason Sukey, and I think they are truly worth putting them in next time you have the gearbox apart, shifting is so smooth.

They work so well I had Jason use them when he built a spare gearbox for me.

My experience with them after a year’s use is excellent.  In the TR6 box in my GT6, I used to grind 3rd gear occasionally - no longer.
