[Fot] Put-In-Bay--New FoT member recommendation

Amici, please add new Spitfire racer, Fred Desch (fjdesch at gmail.com)
from Lambertville, MI.  Fred recently acquired the white #98 Spit pictured
below.

Great week at PIB.  Sam Halkias easily won the MG/Triumph challenge in his
fast TR6.  Other FoT folks who showed up to PIB included:

Jack Madison TR6
Dan Styduhar TR3A
Marty Sukey Spitfire
Sean Henry Spitfire
Mike Harmuth Spitfire
Rod Pierce Spitfire
Dave Cutter Spitfire

Sean and Mike consistently led the pack of Spitfires with myself and Rod
running as back markers.  Always fun to do a few parade laps around the old
road course.
