[Fot] Bob Johns to be Kastner Cup Grand Marshal

Hello FOT,

Good news to report; Robert “Bob” Johns was selected to be the Grand Marshal for the 2022 Kastner Cup.  As Grand Marshal, he will present the Peggy Kastner Performance Awards to each top-performing driver in the various models of Triumph powered race car.  Johns will also determine the winner of the R.W. “Kas” Kastner’s Trophy. His decision will be guided by Kastner’s original outline – 50% based on performance, 25% based on presentation, and 25% based on enthusiasm for vintage racing.

Also, the deadline for early bird registration is May 21st.  These are the fees below.  Be sure to pay the $50 Kastner Cup fee as well.  

– Early (before May 21): $545

– Regular $595

– Late: (after July 1) $645

– Thursday, July 14 Test & Tune on full track at PIRC: $250 (no half-day)

– 2nd or 3rd Car/Same Driver or Same Car/Same Driver -2 Groups: $200

– Kastner Cup  Races: $50

– Garage Rental: $350

– Additional Crew (driver and 2 crew are included with entry):  $30 Each Includes dinner Saturday
