[Fot] Vitesse, Herald, Spitfire and GT6 front hubs

Virtually all the front drive and modern rear drive cars run sealed bearings in the front, as I did in my ITA Integra. Some guys repack them with what they believe to be better grease. I never did and had no problems in about 7 seasons of racing.
