[Fot] Vitesse, Herald, Spitfire and GT6 front hubs

Vitesse 1600 ( Sports 6 in the US) used smaller hubs and discs with 12P 
calipers. Vitesse 2 Litre and MkII used the same hubs and discs as the 
GT6 with 16P calipers.
