[Fot] Roller lifters/cams

I remember looking a few years back and finding a Ford roller tappet that
was >.< *almost* the same size as the tappets for the TR6. ISTR it was just
a touch larger. The problem was they came in pairs that are linked
together, which didn't work in the TR6. Rollers at both ends of the pushrod
would be really nice.
