[Fot] Type A OD leaks

the adapter plate was indeed wired ex factory for older models, eg TR2, TR3.

By the time TR6 came along, there was a version of "loctite"

Ive rebuilt hundeds and never had this happen

Suggest you check the tapped holes in the back of the case
