[Fot] GT6 vs TR6 blocks - interchangeability?

Folks,
If this is the same Paeco I'm thinking of it had a pretty poor reputation years back and the sale of race parts and "prepared" engines usually just once to customers. They at that time had a line of MG & TR products.
I can say, if in fact this is the same outfit, be very sure of what you're buying. Last incident I heard of was a spridget that had one of their "hot" clutch/PP setups. At high rpm on track at The Glen the PP came apart and shot out the side of the bell housing missing her ankle by maybe 2". Miss Nardi was extremely fortunate.

Paeco Racing is closing and selling their inventory at 50%. They have blocks and heads for Triumph’s.

It’s also 25 lb heavier than a GT6 block, and has notches at the bottom of the piston bores to clear the con rods, which I’m pretty sure the GT6 blocks don’t have (though I don’t have a GT6 engine apart and apparently my memory is not that good).
