[Fot] Happy New Year 2021 from the Davis Sales and Service Race Team

Does anyone have an idea where this photo might have been taken? 1950’s American cars in the background. I recall the Cumberland, MD airport track had a hillside like this but I don’t recall it being as high. Connellsville, PA also had a hillside (I think).  Who are Ed, Gene and Austin?
