[Fot] Help Identifying this

 When I raced, we were not required to have dual master cylinders, and I never converted.  I used a master cylinder from a Sunbeam Tiger, and it worked great (larger bore diameter).

It's a brake spike dampener, supposed to keep the brakes from locking in an over braking situation. It would be good on the rear brakes but not the front.
