OK, a fair amount of interest here.   I'll let this tick on for awhile and see how much interest there is.  It might help if you give me an idea of what you're willing to kick in, if you're interested.

For perspective, here are the rates we're talking about (I hope the image comes through):

In case the image didn't come through, display ads are $3,000 for a full page to $1,500 for a quarter page (with $250 discount for non-commercial content) and personal ad rates are $1,000 for a quarter page.

So a lot of us probably got the same email from Burt Levy with the latest update/excuses regarding the publication of the next book in the series.  Included in that was a solicitation for the usual mid-book adverts.  FOT has done those from time to time.  Bill Dentinger usually was the instigator and since he seems unlikely to step up, I thought I might throw out the idea for consideration.

What if the FOT placed an ad publicly thanking Kas?  Or marking Bill's passing?  Or both?  Or something else?

I'd kick in for that cause.  Anybody else interested?
