[Fot] Identify these seats

Can anyone identify these seats?
They are in a 1973 TR6 but I’m sure there not from any Triumph I’ve ever
seen.
The headrests fold forward midway down the back and then the entire seat
hinges forward, so I’m thinking something with a fixed head.(tin top)
Are they Lotus perhaps?
