 Hi Dave.  The same thing happened to me.  I started getting letters from Haggerty before I even heard from my insurance agent.  I didn't like their "grab and go" approach and the premium on my policies went up (I have 5 cars insured).  However, I'm glad to hear all of the positive responses you have gotten to your question.  That reassures me a bit.

My old insurance company is getting out of the business so I am looking for a new one (I have a month or so before my policy expires).  They sold the customer list to Hagerty; I may switch to them but I was wondering who else is out there that is a good, responsible insurance company that others have had good experiences with.
