[Fot] Tee shirt order procedure - clarification

Folks,

While I have entered orders as I receive them via email, the preferred
method is to go to FoT Tee Shirt order sheet
<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1LjiZUy3051ShE-l0dkX0cfqX_QLW0c6PwaqhwJD7RQE/edit#gid=0>
and
self-enter your order.  That reduces the chances of errors, and has worked
well for the 29 folks who have used it.  Keep those orders coming!
