Wow!  Those prices are way below give-away prices.  I think you meant front apron, not cowl?  A usable/repairable apron is worth at least $500.  Repops, when available, are $3,000 from Moss.  Two dozen fenders for $7?  That's insane!  Good for you.  Nice that they went to good homes.
