I saw the ad and ask and wonder how the valuation is determined. There should be a list of assets and associated value before any lender would issue a loan which of course on used parts can be rather subjective. How long will it take to recover the investment? What’s the size of the market? Cost to move and inventory at a new warehouse. In the end in my opinion this will be a very difficult sale unless a collector with deep pockets just bellied up to the bar and makes an acceptable offer.
