[Fot] Hoosier R7 tires at the 2020 Kastner Cup.

When I was racing in the 50's I loved the bias tires .  You could change
the diameter with pressure changes and really make fine adjustments to
handling while the Michilins (only radials at the time) were slugs and
though great grip when you finally got the pressure right, but I always
thought a quick trip to slow lap times..
