[Fot] Shipping Options?

I made a plywood box to ship a TR2-4 block.  The plywood was bolted directly to the top, bottom, front and back of the block with the bolt heads recessed.  I cut slotted holes to be used as handles.  The box was only the thickness of the plywood against the flat surfaces larger than the block.  It was very tight and secure.  I think the total weight was around 150 lbs.  If I remember correctly, the block weighs 140 lbs. with the main caps.  Same weight as a bale of hay.  In the end I did not have to ship it, but I still have the custom box.
