Hi,
I poked around in the archives and found a few TR6 references with Weber jetting, but for the most part the references fail to mention the choke tubes for the setups.
I've been running 28mm chokes since forever and was looking to swap in some 30mm chokes but I may have to do the swap without access to a dyno.
So, the question is: if you change to different choke tubes, do you need to re-jet? I know the answer is yes, but I'd like to see some examples for folks that have done this (change from 28's to 30's or similar).
If you don't want to share setups on the list, I understand, but I figured in the interest of science, some real references would help establish a baseline. And yes, I know how small changes in the jetting can pay dividends. I've seen 7 or 8 HP gains playing with air correctors!
Feel free to respond off list.
