[Fot] SVRA Watkins Glen NON Reimbursement

[Tony Drews]

She specifically told me to do this for the entry to Mid-Ohio next 
year.  Call her for the entry, she'll use the credit.

However, that doesn't help with the folks requesting checks. Sounds like 
the answer from Tony P earlier is the one for that.
