[Fot] Nomination: Stephen Jones

I'd like to nominate Stephen Jones to the FOT list.  I met Stephen at the
SVRA Glen weekend.  He's owns the "Lincspeed" MK3 GT6.  We had some great
nose to tail laps on the track and some great times BS'ing off the track.
He's hoping to join us at mid Ohio next year.
