I'd like to nominate my friend Fred Winterburn, Morgan Plus 4 owner with
questions about early TR engines.

Fred worked out a few of the TR cooling problems on his own and he builds
and sells his own capacitive discharge ignition system based on what he
learned from his father, Lloyd Winterburn, patent holder of the earliest
efficient CDI systems (

I've been using one of Fred's units for the last few years in a race car
and am in the process of installing another unit in another race car.  No
