Chris, this is a big year for the Triumph at Watkins Glen as marque for
2019.  Make sure to schedule your trip to include the downtown grand prix
festival as well as the SVRA event at the track.  Seneca Lodge is a
traditional hangout for racers, but there are other lodging establishments
in the town and in nearby towns like Corning and Montour Falls.
