[Fot] Hoosier size

Regarding 7 inch wheels: in HRG (Historic Race Group - the old Volvo Historic Series) the max allowed wheel width is 8 inches. This group runs per the 1983 SCCA GCR, which allows flared fenders. 
Other groups have different rules, which is why the first question is “what are the rules under which you run?”
