[Fot] Jefferson 500 Registration now OPEN

Just a heads up. 

Registration for J500 may fill very quickly and end up using a waiting list.
Always a fun time at the J500. If there are enough TR's registered we'll do
a "Ghetto Gathering" again as in the past. 

Maybe try to set up a TR/MG Challenge Race IF we have enough registered from
both sides.
