[Fot] Solid Six?

I didn’t build my garage so I was very pleased to find the foundation to be >12” thick when I drilled the anchor holes for the lift, which is in the middle rear of 3 bays allowing access from the sides. Open trusses have made retrofitting air lines, better lighting, and power drops a snap.

I really could use another 15’ in one dimension, running water, and more power though. But then my wife would probably make me live out there. ;)

Put a workbench close to the lift area; maybe on wheels. You can also never have too much shelving. Or lighting especially as we age and eyesight isn't quite what is used to be! And maybe have a small room sectioned off for your lathe milling machine and maybe surface grinder.
