I don't se the specs on line, but I could probably scan the  page from Delta cam and post it.

  I'm not sure where it originated, but Delta Cam does them.  I use them in my race car and a couple other British cars.

    I believe the D9 cam you mention is a Kent grind.  See the specs on the chart below.
