[Fot] July Hemmings

 Has anyone seen the July issue of Hemmings Motor News?  On page 507, in the lower right hand corner is something advertised as a "Triumph 1967 TR4A".  The only thing in the picture that looks like a TR-4 is the windshield.  Anyone have any idea what the rest of it is?  Looks like maybe a homebuilt racer?  Maybe they got the wrong description with this picture?  I'd be interested in any comments.
