[Fot] Nomination Jim Dooley

Hi,
Jim and his buddy Craig were paddocked at the Blackhawk Kastner cup last year, Jim being unable to run in the event due to technical preparation considerations - BUT, Jim came out to Pitt Race for the 2018 K-Cup and to pick up a new engine for his TR6 that Sam built. Jim has also been driving that TR6 at midwest tracks like Hallet and Gateway as well as some vintage re-enactments - seems to me that Jim should be an FOT. Do I have a second?
