Those of you who receive a copy of Vintage Motorsports electronic newsletter may have read the small print, where it says at auction, RM Sotheby's sold a 1958 Triumph TR3A for $225,454.00.

The car is an ex-Works Monte Carlo Rally car.

Looks like we've been missing the boat.
