Walt, 
I used the XP-10's and the Porterfields for my Toy calipers but couldn't keep a set of rotors for more than a weekend ( at best ) at 5200' 
even with 3" brake ducts direct to the rotors. Solid rotors just didn't last for me at this altitude and in Albuquerque you may have the same problem. 
Had to go to vented rotors. Part of that may just be me with a lifetime of motocross racing and the way I use the brakes.

I use Carbotech Pads. Based in Concord NC. They usually have the Toyota on the shelf. Also will redo yours. They have many grades 
of pads from street to full race with heat up required. I use there XP10 in my TR4. Call and they are very helpful. 704-481-8500

I am requesting some help finding a new source for brake pads for my 1970 TR6 racecar. I have upgraded the front calipers to the 1989 Toyota 4-Runner four piston units. 
I need pads suitable for road racing. I have lots of used backing plates if there is someone that can resurface them.
