I went by a few stores in Albuquerque was able to grab 38 quarts. Ta Daa.

I'll check again but here in Michigan after that last price drop they said they were not going to stock it again. And left no space on the shelve   . Get it if you can

At my local AutoZone region in and around Albuquerque, New Mexico all Valvoline VR-1 20W50, non-synthetic,  is on sale for $1 per quart. 

I don’t know if a rebranding is going on or if AutoZone is going to drop this product or whatever but as long as I can find quarts on the shelves at my local stores it is $1 per quart.

It might be worth your while to see if this pricing holds true where you live.
