Technically speaking, not with CVAR. We are suppose to use 5.5" wheels but we use 6".  Most of the TR3/4 guys I run with use 205 width tires. 

On a TR3 with 205s on 6" rims, you will likely have some minimal rubbing on the outside. A small amount of "rolling" the fender maybe required. Not sure what issues 7" rims will cause.
