[Fot] 1296 combustion chamber mod

Greetings All, 
What, if any, modifications to the combustion chambers are recommended?
I see in Kas’ books he has a diagram showing three profiles to round off the edge of
the chamber. Is that correct for a 1296cc head of just the 1147?
I have searched and searched online and cannot find images by anyone who has done this.

Robert MacKenzie has a head with this rounded profile mod but it is an 1147 head.
So just wondering what modifications if any, I need to do.
